very nice custermer service . there was some lady that sold me a Samsung and then told me you should of gotten a iPhone and now my samsung is tweaking out
This store is a complete SCAM. First of all, don't believe the sign as this is not a real Verizon Wireless store. What does that mean for you, the customer? It means that by not being on VZ's payroll, they can force you to do things you wouldn't normally do at a Verizon corporate store. For example, in order to sell me an iPhone, I HAD to purchase the protection plan for an additional $200. If I didn't purchase it, they wouldn't sell me a phone - and they told me that straight up.
