Friendly knowledgable and courteous. I was helped without waiting for very long.
Getting an appointment was a snap and Joseph, one of the agents, stepped up to help me right away. He was polite, professional and very effective. My problem was solved and my phone’s fully functioning.
This store is a franchise, not a corporate Verizon store. Their sales approach is slightly shady and confusing. They do not have working models of the phones and if you are looking at iphones, you can't eneh hold the dummy floor model. Go Wireless adds fees that a corporate Verizon store does not charge. You are better off going to the Verizon store in Rancho and The River.
