Sales associate Mo made a simple interaction very uncomfortable. We went in for assistance with transferring an old phone to a new phone and Mo couldn’t explain how to simply start the process. I could tell he did not want to be there, let alone help us. He left to the back in the middle of our conversation and never came back. Luckily another associate was able to assist me. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He was light complexion with light brown hair.
Good customer service on the last visit!
