A very positive experience. Dom was my sales representative. Was very patient with me, answered my many questions since had been 4 yrs last worried abt phone instrument. Had the day earlier been on phone with the "corporate" call number, with what I thought was a helpful individual only to discover that was told the wrong monthly charge for service plan $65 when was actually $75, so not pleased with that $120 annual mistake by Ivan at corporate number plus he failed to enter a 22 month discount that I was eligible for.
