I was getting a new phone today, specifically because I needed to upgrade to one phone that was compatible with both my hearing aid AND new cochlear implant. No easy task, but Dan worked through my reference material, found the make and model that would work with both, then made sure I was comfortable with the new plan and phone. He is very knowledgeable as well as professional and very pleasant to deal with. Great service, which has always been my experience with this store on Gene Autry and Ramon.
