Tyler is a poor excuse of a sales rep. I was interested in getting a new phone and he tried to have me get a plan with a bunch of things added such as a “free” iPad that I need to pay $10 a month for. What these people don’t understand is trying to scam customers builds distrust and makes us run away. I went to another company.
