Tyler was amazing! He helped me with my phone and was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my issues were resolved before I left. 5 stars because of the service I received from Lisa since my transition to verizon . She went above and beyond for me when I had broken my phone and had no access to my screen or debit card. Finding solutions through all the obstacles presented even though it caused her to stay late at work. I am now having a billing issue and she is acting as a liaison between me and customer service to get a resolution. I appreciate all of the work Lisa has put in to making sure that I am taken care of as a customer .
