Place is full of trainees. They mixed up my phone order, didn't have the phones and led me to multiple locations in Boca before finding the place that had our phones. Told me I was getting $1k for one of the phones and 800 for the other but then the system wouldn't let them do more than 650/800. They don't do what they offer. A store they led me to was a company store that apparently was the official Verizon and they were taken back by this. Deal with company stores, not authorized locations.
I have always had an amazing customer experience with Lisa. She is always very helpful and extremely patient. She has excellent customer service skills and always enjoy coming to this location. Very intelligent may I mention, she always has a fix for every problem. Thank you Lisa !
Byron is the man to see when going to Verizon, Not only was all my questions answered, My visit was for a simple phone upgrade and to and a second line. I walked out with 2 new phones and a WiFi package, I'm now saving over $600 a year thanks to Byron. He's courteous, professional, and knowledgeable with new offers and products. I hope VERIZON knows they have a great representative on their team!
Absolutely friendly, helpful and professional
Tyler and management staff offered exceptional customer service. The supervisor actually escorts customers to the door after transactions are completed! Amazing! This is the store to visit!
