Cannot get in touch with anyone at this building which is in violation of the Montgomery County Cable Commission guidelines. Verizon is suppose to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to subscribers in order to handle outages in a timely manner. Also, technicians are supposed to adequately correct issues at your residence before closing the tickets.
