Yemi was absolutely exceptional! He helped me transfer an existing line to another cell phone. Due to the condition of the old phone, this process was time-consuming. However, Yemi remained poised, professional and demonstrated so much patience throughout the entire process. He stayed passed his shift, determined to complete the task. His colleague Sean was very hospitable and checked in with us to make sure we were OK while we wait.
