My Verizon nightmare began with a simple router return. I walked out with a receipt clearly stating it was returned. Done? I thought so. Weeks later, a $350 charge appears, claiming I never returned it. Confused, I went back to the store. A rep printed another receipt confirming the return and assured me the system would update in 24 hours. It didn't. Demands for payment kept flooding my inbox and phone. I called Verizon after much maneuvering I spoke to an agent, only to be told: "Can't help over the phone, go to a store." ... read more
Noely was tremendous. While she was helping me she was helping at least 1 or 2 others at a time, and each one seemed to leave very satisfied. In my experience, phone techs have been very hit or miss. Today was a big hit.
