TV remote response time is wild. How can a smart TV remote to navigate Netflix respond instantly while a Verizon FiOS TV remote take 2 or 3 seconds to respond. I am going to cancel my subscription for this reason along if the problem isn't resolved ASAP.
Rude unprofessional company. Does not adhere to their own policies. Terrible customer service all around waiting on the day everyone see’s this company for who they are so they can shut them down for good!
Been with them 27 years ,ported cell phones out and they cut off my internet now they are using my banking information trying to get money from me for the phones however I've already explained that they would recieve the money to 18 different representatives as soon as I recieved it .But now they have stopped to some illegal stuff going in my account without authorization
If the rating was less than one star, I would have given it to Verizon. Verizon is a company with very poor service. No internet, no calls, no texts. It keeps you offline. I switched from T-Mobile and I really regret it. I feel like they're stealing my money for no reason. I would not recommend anyone to subscribe to Verizon.
If you want to spend money, they will be quick to pick up your calls. If you want to cancel a service or downgrade, they will put you on hold for over 2-3 hours. A multi BILLION dollar company and they play these cheap tactics. If you're able, spend your money elsewhere.
