Ordered upgrade phone on May 16. Did not receive device. Called May 21 and was told it was shipped to incorrect address 1000 miles away. Support setup a 2nd order for next day delivery. The next day, I called and was told it was to arrive by 3PM. Did not receive device. Called May 23, was told 2nd order never shipped and was told they are cancelling 2nd order and creating a new 3rd order. The Worst Managed and Run U.S. Mobile Carrier! It all starts with a complete and utmost mismanagement at the top all the way down to the horrific CS! Plus the cherry on top of the cake- Total Wireless! The Absolute Clueless and Incompetent Reps in the Mobile Phone Industry! CS is farmed out to the Philippines! That says it all! 0 Customer Service! I recently switched carriers after being with Verizon for several years. Before leaving, I specifically asked twice if there was any remaining balance on my account. My device was not getting a usable signal . I called them and spoke to a manager about getting out of my contract because phone was not getting a signal that didn't contact. The manger stated just return phone to us and we will refund your money. But of course they lied and didn't refund my money after I returned phone. Terrible Experience with Verizon Wireless I switched my service from Verizon to Spectrum on June 26th, right in the middle of my billing cycle. Because of autopay, I ended up overpaying by $85. I didn’t realize this until I was billed AGAIN for the period of July 22 to August 21. What followed was an absolute nightmare: over 5 hours on the phone, speaking to 8 different agents, just to get my own money back.
