Poor customer support: difficulty in getting support, long wait times for problem resolution and a lack of follow-through. Hardware and software issues: unreliable hardware, persistent glitches, and slow performance. Difficult contracts: frustration with rigid and inflexible contracts, automatic renewals, and challenges in canceling services. They ignored us until after the auto renewal!!!!
The worst service in the world, it’s like hell. A cult…no matter how much you want to get out, they won’t let you… the contract renews automatically and they keep taking money from your account. Stay as far away from this as you can. Do yourself a favor, you’ll thank me later. Christopher and Milton… the worst… unbelievable.
Do not use this service. It is not reliable and customer service is terrible. Employees try to apologize for the shortcomings but it is not enough to make up for the terrible service.
Out of eight pieces equipment four of the units have failed, customer service poor. Can't cancel service. We only had it for eight months.
