I've had Verizon Connect for almost 2 year, it has quit working 3 times. I contacted them after the 3rd time and wanted to cancel and was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee because I have a contract. I advised them that contract works both way and they had failed to provide me with the agrees service. They don't care save your money a rip off company with overseas customer support. Today is June 1st the last time it tracked my asset was May 3rd so don't rely on them to track and protect your equipment.
The service is horrible, and it is difficult to cancel the service, and takes a lot of time, months in my case. The company does not take responsibility for the malfunctioning of its equipment. This lack of accountability can be frustrating for customers who rely on these products for their daily activities. There are additional fees and charges that are applied even when the service is not being provided adequately. Agreed to cancellation for a fee and paid fee; then they sent me to collections; been trying to cancel for years now
I have verizon connect for my company ELD devices and 17 tracker units. I have constant issues and they have the worst service. I can not wait to cancel this service but be careful... They like to automatically renew your terms into a new contract
