the worst company and very disrepectville the company has went to far and forced me to pay a bill that i didn't even do and i have been calling them more then 50 times and they kept talking to the debt collectors and there is a lawsuit is now pending unless they contact me for a settlements this matter needs to get resolved or Verizon will lose there company for good that means all the employees that works for your company will get layoff as well
I'm tired of dealing with having the best data plan and never any data to do anything with. I get 1-2 Mbps everyday all-day in Hollywood Maryland. I can't get any work done or stream anything on the hotspot, it remind me of the dsl days.
