Pros: Britney was very knowledgeable of her job. Even with my constant questions and distractions she was able to focus on fixing my phone and be very kind and respectful and explain. At the same time she was able to acknowledge and help others with small issues. Unfortunately my phone was beyond repair and I was satisfied she did everything that anyone could do. Went in 30 minutes before they closed, with probably goofy issue, but the young man that was there tonight was more than helpful & very friendly. Deserves a raise !
