I had a new iphone 15 & apple watch 9 that I could not activate at home with the quick start activation instructions. I took them all into the Highlands Ranch Verizon store. Andrew was extremely helpful.He was having problems initially as well, so he called the corporate help desk. Working with corporate, Andrew was able to fix the problem (it was a faulty e-sim card). After a gruesome odyssey with other Verizon stores in trying to buy and trade in for the new iPhone 15 Pro, I was finally able to get the issue resolved with the help of Ross at this store. He was highly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, including being creative in trying to resolve am issue with the Verizon systems. We were so pleased we bought a second iPhone 15 there. Will definitely want to return for any product or service needs!
