My experience at this Verizon store was amazing. KJ was my representative and she was very kind and patient with me. I’m no good with the phones but she explained everything very clearly and made sure i understood everything going on. If you need any help make sure to ask for KJ 10/10 service!!
I went in to pick up my phone I ordered and owed a balance for the remainder. He overcharged me for pick up and refused to refund my money, even when I showed the receipt of the amount owed produced by that store. He said charges are not refundable even though he messed up. Rude and wildly unhelpful.
