I was unaware that this is not a Verizon Store but rather a 3rd party Indirect outfit. I have unfortunately 4 Unethical Sales Practices when trying to upgrade one of my phones. Go to the Verizon store on Academy. I received no-reply emails regarding my satisfaction with no way of responding....
