Great assistance, efficient and very welcoming staff unlike the 8500 Seneca Tpike location. Got my Verizon home internet box with no issues. Although the setup was easy, I was given the work number in case I ran into any issues.
Patty took care of all my concerns, and was very knowledgeable about Verizon products & service. Her customer service is Bar None. I hope Verizon recognizes her dedication, and gives her a raise.
Ben and Colin were such an amazing help. They truly were amazing. They even stayed a little after closing to help us, just so we could walk out with what we wanted at a decent price. Thank you boys!
My experience here was amazing, Corey Robbins helped me with everything I needed, was well knowledge on phones and helped me pick out my new s25 and my girlfriend went with the same. He was really professional and helpful through the entire experience.
