Friendly staff made a good impression.
I have gone here for my last three phones and one for my mom. I always see Mirzet. He always helps me get the best plan for my money and provides the best customer service.
Great assistance, efficient and very welcoming staff unlike the 8500 Seneca Tpike location. Got my Verizon home internet box with no issues. Although the setup was easy, I was given the work number in case I ran into any issues.
Patty took care of all my concerns, and was very knowledgeable about Verizon products & service. Her customer service is Bar None. I hope Verizon recognizes her dedication, and gives her a raise.
