After struggling to use the Verizon automated customer service, I went in this store on 5/6/26. Darrin took care of us. I paid my company bill that I could not get paid on the automated system. We changed the service from my wife's old phone to her new phone. I will use this location from now on. Darrin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Could not have been more pleased with the wait time or the customer service. Thanks again Darrin!
