I walked into the store today and immediately felt very welcome, thanks to John. The entire staff here is incredibly personable, professional, well-informed, and very kind, making the process of finding what I needed seamless. I highly recommend Verizon, and in particular this specific location, to anyone looking for great service and expertise.
I got an upgrade with David, and he did a great job helping me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made it super easy. I came back later to trade in my old phone, and Leo helped me out this time-he was just as great! Both of them provided excellent service, and I really appreciate how smooth everything went.
I came into the store ready to pay off my phone, which was over $500, but Leo helped me out and told me about a promotion where Verizon pays it off. He took care of everything and made sure my bill stayed the same. The process was super easy and smooth. Leo really went above and beyond - great service!
