Shay was the most helpful person I've dealt with at any phone company. I highly recommend this store location just because of her.
Jack was incredibly patient and kind when trying to figure out an issue with my billing. Even in the most frustrating moments he was level headed and calmly explained and helped us understand what was happening and how we could fix it. The whole process took several days (due to people in my group being skeptical) but Jack remained so helpful and respectful throughout the process. I cannot stress enough how appreciative I am for his help and support.
