Earlier this year, I came into the store to get help with my phone. Jason assisted me and mom with learning more about our family’s phone plan and what benefits we were eligible for. Overall Jason was very helpful and nice throughout the visit.
Jack is amazing and has great customer service skills, super knowledgeable and gave great advice!! Just ask for Jack he will be happy to help.
I bought the iPhone 15 and had it delivered. The person who delivered it didn’t transfer over my information like he said he would. My brother just died 3 weeks ago and I just really wanted our texts saved. I went to the store and was helped by Jack. He was super friendly, compassionate, and helpful. He was able to get everything transferred over. It as a great experience and he had amazing customer service skills.
