We cannot express enough how kind, compassionate, and proficient Vincent was in helping our son with his phone issue, and then eventual purchase. Not only was he patient, but he is the most knowledgeable cell phone sales/customer service rep we have encountered. His is genuine and honest and he looked to get us the best possible deals that fit our needs. Moving forward, we will be going back to Vincent’s location because of his excellent customer service!
Updated review—just saw that my positive review was still online…I’m no longer feeling so positive about this store. After having a good experience with this store while upgrading to new phones, the experience became a terrible experience when the salesperson failed to send our old phones back to Verizon, resulting in a reversal of our trade-in allowance of over $1000!
