Very helpful and knowledgable staff
Editing my review, This is an "Authorized Verizon store". Why Verizon allows them to represent them I do not know! Wow, rude. This is another reason we left Verizon after more than 20 years. Went into this store and talked to Rick(Richard). Rude, wanted nothing to do with me once I said we moved to another carrier. Verizon, shut our online account down and we can't get a final statement. By far the best experience I've ever had at any Verizon store. The representative Nazir was super helpful even going to the length of contacting us on his day off of work just to make sure our services were provided and to walk us through our services. On top of that, he was very knowledgeable and made our experience easy as well as had a great appearance and demeanor. I will never go to another Verizon store other than this one.
My wife and I went in looking for help with a phone storage issue. Kenneth was extremely helpful and personable while helping us fix our issue. I hope he gets many raises in his career
