Editing my review, This is an "Authorized Verizon store". Why Verizon allows them to represent them I do not know! Wow, rude. This is another reason we left Verizon after more than 20 years. Went into this store and talked to Rick(Richard). Rude, wanted nothing to do with me once I said we moved to another carrier. Verizon, shut our online account down and we can't get a final statement.
