GREAT customer service is so rare these days that when you receive stellar service, it needs to be called out. Jesus helped me get new Verizon service and he was AWESOME! He was personable, he was transparent, he listened, he was patient when I got frustrated, he was just so helpful. We had some issues arise that made the process a bit longer than usual, but it allowed me to see that the entire team at this location were great. Excellent Service- had an issue with a faulty product and staff was very friendly about resolving it to my satisfaction, Drew Made a welcoming environment very much enjoyed my service.
I needed to check on my phone and data plan. They were very helpful.
Came to this location and Jesus helped me adjust my account to suit me the best. Will be back to work with Jesus again definitely.
