First time I had been to this store. Previously had gone to Willow St but it had been awhile. I was greeted warmly and Allie immediately came over and asked how she could help. I had several questions and she easily explained and showed me on my phone in a way I could easily understand. She was a great help! I priced a couple phones and now doesn't seem like the best time so I will be checking back and buy one when the time is right from her. A positive experience!

This location has the best service. Chris (Kris) is always so hopefull and understanding when i have no clue how to fix my phone. Amazing customer service.
