Verizon has made speaking to a human being impossible. Right now they’ve got about $250 of our money, though the account is closed. We’ve tried six times to address this without success. So, so, so glad I dropped them. Beware!!!
I went to this location with a question about a setting on my phone. Levi said they don't provide any customer support and told me to call tech support. I then went to Verizon in Solon on rt. 91 and Darius quickly took care of my issue. Complete laziness in Twinsburg.
