Very disappointed with Verizon's customer care. I purchased an iphone 16, with screen protector, and protective case. Spent a lot of money and they were very helpful. However, when I returned less than a week later because of a defective screen protector they would not exchange for me after making a large purchase the week before. I was left to deal with the manufacturer myself. Seems to me this location is driven solely by profits. I will not be a returning customer to this location.
Go see Mike! We had an excellent experience at the Verizon store. Mike listened to us and helped us find the right phone and the plan that best fit our needs!
Shout out to B`burg Verizon staff. Don't remember who we spoke to but having problem connecting new house phone with home phone connect, he gave a couple of ideas and the phone is now working great!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
