My 83 year old dad with dementia went in to get internet. They signed him up for phone, internet, Disney, Hulu, hbo, Netflix, and more. $280/mo and at the end he didn’t know what was going on. Shame on the salesperson who sold him all that

The staff at this Verison store is fantastic. They’re always so patient, compassionate, helpful, kind with my 80 year old mother. I couldn’t be happier with Verizon’s staff over the years, but especially the past two years helping my mother. Thank you.
