There was a very long wait. One employee was "helping" one couple and just kept adding more and more services. Their bill will be over$500/month. I guess that means he was doing his job but it felt sleazy. There were only 2 employees so this left the other employee to deal with EVERYONE else. He also couldn't answer or questions so kept having to go ask the other guy every few minutes. This company has become more greedy throughout the years, and it's disappointing. Purchase a new phone, and they no longer give you a charger with it. You have to purchase a monthly protection plan to receive ANY assistance with a potential issue with your phone. My phone has a massive issue with screen bleeding, and now the screen is flashing green when charging. They won't offer any assistance because we don't have a protection plan that we thought we had when getting our new phones. So, now I'm stuck with a defective phon... read more
The worst company ever. I bought a phone and a watch at the store $1,250. and now they are charging me twice bc I want to move to prepay. Run the opposite direction. Only if can put 0 starts.
