There was a very long wait. One employee was "helping" one couple and just kept adding more and more services. Their bill will be over$500/month. I guess that means he was doing his job but it felt sleazy. There were only 2 employees so this left the other employee to deal with EVERYONE else. He also couldn't answer or questions so kept having to go ask the other guy every few minutes.
