Verizon staff in most locations are pleasant to work with. The four stars are correlated to the overall experience primarily with customer service. They however are a nuisance and tend to make matters much worse.
The staff was very helpful in getting a insurance claim on a phone. It was close to closing time and they didn't bat a eye at helping us out. A+ staff here. We was out here on vacation from Nebraska!
Came in to switch my carrier to Verizon, and was very pleased with the services from Logan, Alex, Noah, and Orlando. All four Reps helped me through this process with diligence and understanding. They are all very informative, and did their jobs with smiles all around. They all have my support and vote for some form of a promotion. Thank yall for your time and patience today!
