We stopped with both phones stopping at 80% when charging, one was showing 2 viruses. As older people we aren't super techie. Cason helped us. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and why, gave asked if he could delete something to give more space to save photos. Definitely a 4 star experience when we had put off going thinking we would just be told that we needed new phones. Thank you, Cason!

I Highly recommend this store for you Verizon and cell phone needs. I was helped by Kody Postma was my hero and God sent that day. My screen went to black and with that problem you lose all contacts and everything else when getting a new phone set up. He was actually able to restore all my contacts,pics,texts everything. Got my new phone up fully functional in a matter of minutes just by sitting the two phones next to each other and muscle memory on where to press to switch it all Bluetooth.
