No one else in the store. Two male employees were chatting amongst themselves and did not stop their conversation or greet me until I made it to the desk at the back of the store. Left without resolving problem because he told me I could do it on the app. Asked for instructions to do that and was told he didn’t have any.
Angelo was professional , competent, good listener and customer friendly. He worked on my issues and gave me solutions in real time . Highly recommend him for his position without hesitation .
Kelly did a great job getting my old phone powered enough to transfer my data to a new phone.
