Sayvon went above and beyond helping me correct errors that the last person made on our tradeins 9 months age. I am very pleased with his service. Give him a raise!
Horrible service do not use them I literally paid my bill through the manager and my phone is still not on I called them back and they're trying to say I did not pay my bill when I literally just got off the phone with the manager

This was the WORST customer service nightmare. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!! Quick summary. Monday- The representative told me my phone was unrepairable and that I had to buy a new one which I did. (This turned out to be false information.) Tuesday- I came back for a refund but the representative there was in training and was left there ALONE so he could not help me.
