This was the WORST customer service nightmare. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!! Quick summary. Monday- The representative told me my phone was unrepairable and that I had to buy a new one which I did. (This turned out to be false information.) Tuesday- I came back for a refund but the representative there was in training and was left there ALONE so he could not help me. I got my internet service provider there yesterday at the store close to at&t phone company the person I had to help me with getting the internet was very nice and friendly to me I am thinking about getting my phone from there next

Won’t let me pick up my tablets because the “sales associate” wasn’t there. I don’t work on your schedule, I work on mine. Your hours posted is when I should be able to conduct business at your establishment. Won’t be returning here. Lazy associate didn’t want to do it because he didn’t receive the commission. Poor business.
