This is 8/25. I had an urgent & concerning issue regarding phone - your associate TRAVIS was outstanding.. in terms of knowledge, Patience (!) and spending an hour to troubleshoot. His demeanor was calm , engaged & super supportive. I was lucky to receive the best of customer care!
Went here to upgrade my phone and Chris helped my family and me. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He helped us on various issues for a few hours and solved them all. Give Chris a raise!!!
