Sat down with Victor and he was a tremendous help at looking at our plan and helping navigate the best situation for us. He was a true professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Had to replace my old phone because it fell out of my hand and the screen got cracked. No way to repair it. So I ended up getting a new phone from Verizon. The representative "Louis" was very good and explained and transferred the information from old phone to the new phone in about 40 minutes.
