Terrible customer service
Riley was awesome!!! Got a replacement phone straight from Verizon, got everything switched over at home but was having eSim issues. Went into location and let her handle everything. I should've saved the frustration and went to see her to start with. I've been into every Verizon store in Tri-Cities and from here on will only be walking into this one when it's time to make changes or upgrades.
