This is for CANDICE however you spell your name My experience at this Verizon store was disappointing. The initial representative was great and helped me smoothly pick up my phones. However, after i got through transferring all my information to hand in the old devices the second representative was unprofessional and had a poor attitude. She demanded my ID, even though the first rep hadn’t asked for it (also she saw me the entire time i was in the store for 2 hours), and questioned my last name change in a rude manner.
