Kenny fixed my phone. Good service didn't try to sell me anything at all. I'll be back to upgrade my phone with him soon.
Visited this location to purchase a new iPhone after water damage. Inventory was limited, which I understood. I asked about the exchange policy in case a higher storage option became available. The salesperson told me he didn’t want to sell me the phone because he would “lose hundreds of dollars” if I exchanged it later. That response felt unprofessional and put internal commission concerns ahead of customer service. I left and ordered my phone online instead.
Walked in for help with my perks on my account. Nobody greeted me, waited for about 10 min for someone to at least acknowledge my presence at least. Not one word. Didn’t get any help poor customer service skills
