Went in to get advice and help on my phone that was locked. Emergency calls only. A young girl with red in her hair helped me. I asked her if she had any advice on what I needed to do. She said you don't get your car fixed where you buy gas. Take it to ubreakifix. I told her she wasn't being very helpful and she walked off into the back and left me standing there. I will never go to that store again. VERY RUDE.

I want to give props to Linda who helped me trade in my new phone and helped everything get synced. She stayed 3 hours after her shift was supposed to end and went above and beyond. Very helpful and easy to talk to.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to LINDA. She was supposed to be off at 5:00 and ended up staying til after 8:00 assisting us with transferring data to a new phone from a broken phone. She was very kind, easy to talk to and never once seemed bothered that she was being kept late at work. Thank you for your help. Verizon customer service has been great to work with.

This is a huge thank you to Roy at this TCC verizon store. He helped my parents out so much and had a lot of patience with them. I can't thank him enough for all of his help, he was so knowledgeable, patient, courteous with us. He was able to help my parents understand their bill and get their account totally straightened out. Thanks again Roy!!! You're the best!!! We will continue to come to your store for all of our phone needs.
