Ms Skylar and Ms Mak helped me with my watch working. These young Ladies are awesome and I will go back again because of expertise on Verizon products.
Lindsay was an absolutely amazing help today. I was having issues with my phone giving me an sos and not porting in my number from my old carrier. Lindsay sat with me for 2.5 hours helping me navigate the issues. She was very patient and very professional. She never once made it seem like it was a bother to help me get my service working. If I need anything with Verizon I will go see Lindsay.
Mason was magnificent! We came into the store with an issue we had been having with some add-on services. We had tried getting help with the issues at a different location, through the chat feature, and by calling customer service. No one, including corporate IT, was able to fix the issue. But Mason is a knowledgeable pro, and he worked it out! 🙌
Greg was so helpful, he patiently helped me set up a new phone, the whole staff was very nice, they put me at ease.
I went in with a watch issue. I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Maddie. She listened to what I had to say and guided me to the best solution. She also provided addl information that was very helpful. Maddie, you're the best. Kudos to this Verizon lication
