I came in and Erick helped me and he was so horrible he didn’t mention any of the info and he messed up our order by scanning the wrong phone for trade ins. First bill was $600 instead of the $300 he told us. Thank God for the young Arabic gentlemen there who helped me and their manager. Erick also said he owned that store? He’s only a regular employee. God help people like him
Be careful coming to this store they are doing shady stuff and without your authorization. I had to report them to Verizon.
Came into the store to get a phone case. The guy was not helpful at all and seemed disinterested in helping me select a case for my phone. Real bad custmer service for a big company like Verizon. Get it together
