I have been to a lot of wireless stores over the years and I always get that "pushy" sales driven kind of feel, like the people there are desperate to make a sale. This is the first store that isn't like that, and the salesman actually identified that a lot of stores have high sales incentives driving some unscrupulous tactics to get bonuses. That said, this is now my go to store because they are actually honest, they don't sign me up for nonsense additional services and they do a great job solving issues.
Had some issues in transferring my number from AT&T to Verizon. Gaurav was super helpful and patient as he helped. Could have easily given instructions to go home and wait on the line with customer service (which is definitely what the local att store would have done).
Landon was a huge help, very kind, and personable!
