I use them for small business service. They have a great team there! I've had great experiences with all employees I've worked with.
Paid off my old phone bought a new one. Was told they would hook use up with a better plan. Plan was junk worse then old plan. Bill went from $222 month to$372. Been dealing with Verizon corporate to get things fixed. Month later and our bill is still $312 month. Don't listen to anything this store says. They have our account so messed up we will probably be leaving Verizon now.
