They have shit custom service. Can't pay via the app or on the phone.
Verizon once again, a horrible experience. Being lied to and manipulated, and cheated is not a great business plan. Charging a person for free phones, and then letting me know no matter what I have to stay with you for three years or pay thousands of dollars for free phones. After this deal has already been completed but none of this was presented up front. Not great customer service.
Go through anyone else... there worse then when cricket first came out.(If you know you know) They add things to your bill WITHOUT consent. And then Refuse a refund because you supposedly used it. There trash.
