I have never had a better Verizon experience and honestly cannot recommend it enough. Sophie was able to help us transfer our phones over and got us an amazing deal. She saved us so much time and stress with other customer support representatives and just truly can’t express my gratitude. 10/10

My wife and I were preparing to be out of town for two weeks when I noticed that our Ring external cameras were not working due to poor wifi connectivity. I called Verizon support and requested a wifi extender. They told me that I could pick it up the next day between 10AM and 7PM. The time got away from me the next day and I jumped up at 6:47PM and realized I had 13 minutes to pick up the wifi extender or be out of town for two weeks with no working cameras.
