Today I switched over my mobile account (2 lines) from AT&T to Verizon’s new Simplicity plan. Got a great deal and some significant savings on my monthly mobile bill. Miko and Juan in the Kennett Square office of Verizon were awesome - helped me with everything, and were very fast and efficient.

I want to commend Marco for his help in getting me a new phone all set up as my phone died. He was friendly and professional. He identified what the problem was in my old phone. He helped me select a phone within my budget. And, most importantly, recommended how to best maintain the battery in my new phone. He also upgraded my family phone plan to save me some $$.
