Absolutely horrible experience. Husband went to upgrade my phone and they offered a promotional free iPad. They placed the order for the iPad, we received notification that it came, so my husband went back to get it- they had sold it even though they shouldn’t have been able to. So they finally got back to us and placed a new order for one- went to finally pick it up and because the promotion had changed, they could no longer process the order and give us what they offered. 0/10 recommended.
Hunter was very tenetive to all my needs,he is very polite and honestly he deserves a 10. Just to let you know he was also training. Excellent work. Sincerely, Christina king, a 100% satisfied customer.
