I can tell they erase the reviews that do not please them... I had one last night about this store being a joke... customer service was terrible, the young guy couldn't answer me any questions, I also wanted to get another cellphone but they had by 5 in display... And the main reason, I went to make my monthly payment and it took over 15 minutes just to do that...they need more empathy people... And please do not erase my comments this time.
We walked in completely feed up with the on line service that we had been getting. We were ready to get rid of our service. The young man that helped us was able to get us a better plan that worked for us and lowered our bill. The young man is an asset to your store.
I LOVED BEING WITH VERIZON, but when my phone acted up they did a warranty exchange to a phone that had the same trouble I was having with the original one.
