Do not go to this store for anything. As soon as I explained my problem the representative immediately said, I'm not familiar with your phone, you should just call tech support. He didn't look me in the eye, he didn't offer to call with me. He didn't ask me if there was anything else he could do. He just fiddled with his tablet. And there were no other customers in yhe store. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing.
This is easily the worst experience I’ve had. The two men working there seemed completely disinterested, almost like they were asleep on the job. I picked up an order that ended up being incorrect, but when I called and returned to fix it, the employee insisted the order was right—even though it was clearly wrong. Terrible customer service. I visited this location on 1/1/2026.
I went there in December to buy my husband a new phone. It was going to be a surprise for Christmas. Dominique told me he would have to shut off the old phone for 20 minutes. No problem cause my husband wouldn’t know cause where he was his phone was off. However, when he came home his phone wouldn’t work. Dom never turned his phone back on.
