I had an exceptional experience at this Verizon store. I originally purchased a phone here and when out of state, the phone broke. Jesse, James and Harley were all incredibly professional, patient and kind and helping me troubleshoot, explain my options clearly and help resolve the issue. I truly appreciate their customer first attitude and teamwork. I will always buy my phones at this store.

We will never return to this location. We were over charged and signed up for services that we hadn’t agreed to. I was on the phone for over an hour, with customer service, to straighten everything out.
