My husband bought an iwatch off a third party site and was having trouble getting it to sync with his phone. He went into the Verizon store where a tatted up black haired chick was working. The store was not busy and she was just sitting at the counter. She said she would charge $30 to help him. My husband did not want to pay if he wasn’t sure she could actually help him. Staff were polite very helpful, & he fixed my phone in under 5 minutes!!! Im so excited to have a working phone again!!! Thanks guy working the evening shift I came in at on Saturday 6/14/25 6:35p.m. & they have a backpack program!!! I was happy to donate!
