I stopped in to get some help with my Verizon tablet that I use for my business. (I suddenly can't read my emails because when I open them, the content dissappear as soon as I scroll) The person behind the counter barely looked at me and then just dismissed me by saying " I would have no idea because I only use apple products " Seriously, you work at a cell phone store. Didn't even try.

Previously, someone had not removed a line that she asked to be removed a year ago and was paying.
