Kennedy at the Grand Haven store was amazing!!! She was beyond helpful and would recommend asking for her for your next visit!
Not happy with lack of service. Have protection package and the store doesn't do anything you have to go through Verizon website. Why have a store. Not happy will be sure to complain to friends not to use Verizon

Went in a week or two for a new phone. Tim was great! Very friendly and answered all our questions and was very patient with us. He made sure we were getting the best deals and let us know that we had a special offer and we ended up getting 2 free phones out of it.
