Yous took payment out on at the end of the month yous are supposed to take payments out on the fourth, so what’s up with that?

I came in on two different occasions to get help with a pin number that I needed. Both times the folks who helped me were extremely competent and friendly. They got me the pin right away. If you need help with something related to verizon go to this store specifically.
Kennedy at the Grand Haven store was amazing!!! She was beyond helpful and would recommend asking for her for your next visit!
Not happy with lack of service. Have protection package and the store doesn't do anything you have to go through Verizon website. Why have a store. Not happy will be sure to complain to friends not to use Verizon
