Do not trust AJ Morales the business manager. She put me in a limited internet plan, didn’t tell me about it until it was too late. I ended up with a $910 of over charges. I contacted her about it, she tells me she’s on vacation, basically told me to get lost and to call customer service. Just had an incredible experience with Eddie - even if you have to drive a bit farther to get to this store, it’s worth it for Eddie’s customer service and deal finding skills! I walked for a trade in on my plan and walked out keeping my old phone and a new iPhone, along with hundreds of dollars in savings. Highly recommend!
Sales people are allowed to lie to you about your billing. I was even talking to the managers who travels to multiple locations. Not sure how they are allowed to lie straight to your face then charge you $500. I went in to upgrade my phone, then the manager proceeded to tell me because I was updating my phone that I can get an Apple Watch for free*. I asked in multiple ways are you sure this is free???
