I called to switch over two lines. The lady would not give me her name, and asked what kind of phones do I want. I said iPhones. Her response was “what kind, the regular ones?” I asked if she knew what kind of iPhones she had and hung up on me. Called back, same lady answered and immediately put me on hold for over 10mins before I hung up. Being a former CORPORATE Verizon employee this is unacceptable. Anyone who reads this go to a Corporate location or your local Corporate T-Mobile.

Michelle at the 67th Ave and 101 Verizon store gave us the best phone buying experience we’ve ever had. She is so knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend any verizon customer who needs assistance with a phone or a new phone go see Michelle!!

Do not trust AJ Morales the business manager. She put me in a limited internet plan, didn’t tell me about it until it was too late. I ended up with a $910 of over charges. I contacted her about it, she tells me she’s on vacation, basically told me to get lost and to call customer service. I called customer service, they sent me two emails one with no we are not going to take back the charges and another one with , we will give 50% off.
