Sales people are allowed to lie to you about your billing. I was even talking to the managers who travels to multiple locations. Not sure how they are allowed to lie straight to your face then charge you $500. I went in to upgrade my phone, then the manager proceeded to tell me because I was updating my phone that I can get an Apple Watch for free*. I asked in multiple ways are you sure this is free??? We had an absolutely fabulous experience with Michelle and Alex! Alex was our runner, picking up items we needed from another location. Michelle walked us through the entire set up and transition from Samsung phone and tablet to iPhone and iPad. She made the process so easy for my 83 year-old dad!
He was the best help ever i recommend he 1000% he did everything could to make sure that I left the store with a lower payment and made everything so clear . Thank you so much ......
