The Hamilton St Verizon Store is extremely helpful. Today John helped when my iPhone 13 wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. John helped to select next iPhone and find the ultimate best deal! John helped so much with each step and all details!

Devin helped me out last Saturday to upgrade and helped me not to have to turn my existing phone in, and even found a way for me to have it on another line and my bill only went up $10 for all of this. I don't really like any of the big cell phone companies so I knew what to expect, but he was so very helpful to me upgrading and what not, I would definitely recommend seeking him out. Thank you!!
