Do yourself a favor, go to a company Verizon store. Then when you have to call Verizon to fix your first bill because they neglected to tell you they were charging you for a 3rd line you don’t need and never asked for, as well as having to pay for phones when you asked for a plan where they were included, the Verizon rep will be able to help you instead of continually referring you back to the 3rd party store.
On Saturday we worked with Devin. He was unable to help us at the Newark location due to internet issues. He drove to the Geneva location to make sure we were taken care of. Devin is a great asset to this company. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and welcoming.

The Hamilton St Verizon Store is extremely helpful. Today John helped when my iPhone 13 wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. John helped to select next iPhone and find the ultimate best deal! John helped so much with each step and all details!
