Tonight I had a wonderful experience at the Georgetown, DE store. The District Manager along with his team went over and above to make sure I got my phone properly set up before closing. Apparently, I could not easily transfer the data on my old phone over to my new phone because I had limited storage space. The District Manager even walked me through the steps to backup my data on my computer via iTunes. The rest is history now. I have a new iPhone 17 Pro and I am pleasantly pleased.
Jasmine saved my day! Didn’t think she’d be able to replace my phone on my lunch break but she got it done. Fast, easy and friendly!
