The staff was so patient and friendly. I had my 18 month with me and he was definitely being an 18 month old! Melvin assisted me with my upgrade, went through all the promotions and deals with me. Just a stand up guy. Offered me a name of who can help repair my IPAD screen for me. Even called him right then and there and said I would be stopping by. Just amazing customer service.
I rushed into the Rochester and Tienken store this morning with an internet emergency, (aren’t they all!!) needing a jetpack, but stores in our area are backordered. Alvin came to the rescue with another idea of a gateway cube that worked perfectly! Alvin saved the day and I’m so thankful that this store was open, he was working, and he knew the products so well.
Superior customer service! Alvin was so patient and kind, he helped us through a fairly large order and took extra time and made sure we were up and running - staying after hours to help us. We also felt like he helped us save so much and take advantage of the current offers. Thank you!
This is the only Verizon store I will go to. The staff are nice, very helpful, and patient. My husband and I went to update our phones to the Apple 15 and Rachel took great care of us. She made the arduous task of having to update phones enjoyable. As we were waiting for the updates to complete I also noticed the other team members acting in the same manner of helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
