Honestly, great experience. Caden Keith was the assistant that helped my wife and I. We went in needing new internet, due to Xfinity going out 1-2 times a week. We got internet, set it up that day and our outages have been gone ever since. We made a follow up appointment to look at phones and plans. My wife and I both upgraded our phones, got on a Verizon plan, and are saving over $100 a month by having Internet and phone through Verizon. Caden was so awesome! We renewed two phones today and there ended up being some fraud on our account that we hadn't caught ourselves! Caden spotted it for us and helped us remedy what ended up being close to a $900 mistake. Caden was personable, knowledgeable, and overall, a great person to interact with on the sales floor!
I went to the verizon cellular sales, the store south of northgate off voyager, on spectrum. The staff there was more than helpful, and I especially want to thank AJ. I am not tech savvy, but he made me comfortable and got me started on my new phone. Super happy he was there to help.
