Jenae E was phenomenal is getting us what we needed and reviewing our plan and suggesting cost savings. We have been traveling a bit overseas this year and she saw a VERY big bill and suggested a new plan that will save us $100s on our upcoming European trips. Abel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Both my husband and I upgraded our iPhones and Abel took the time to walk us through the entire process, explain new features, and we were up and running before leaving the store! It was a great experience!
