Walked in to upgrade my phone to Galaxy S26 Ultra (1TB); while the store didn't have what I was looking for, Nate helped me out. Nate provided excellent customer service, and helped to set me up with discounts that I wasn't aware of. While I didn't walk put of the store with a new phone, I did walk out as a happier customer.
This location Centralia WA on Johnson rd are awesome! Shelby and Matt went above and beyond with customer service they listened and applied thier skills in a timely matter to make sure I left with no worries and a smile!!
